Minefy provides software tools to support planning, coordination, visualization, reporting, and communication. Minefy does not make operational, safety, engineering, geological, environmental, or regulatory decisions on behalf of customers.

Customers and their authorized personnel remain solely responsible for mine planning decisions, production decisions, safety decisions, engineering review, regulatory compliance, operational supervision, validation of schedules, plans, outputs, reports, and operational decisions, communication of approved plans to personnel, emergency procedures, and compliance with site-specific policies and permits.

AI

6. AI-assisted features

Minefy may include AI-assisted features powered by third-party AI providers, including OpenAI. AI-assisted features may generate summaries, suggestions, draft text, explanations, classifications, or other outputs based on user prompts and workspace context.

AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific use. They may omit relevant context or reflect limitations in the input data. They are not final instructions and must not be treated as final operational, safety, regulatory, or engineering instructions.

Users must review AI-assisted outputs before using them. Customers are responsible for deciding whether, how, and under what internal policies AI-assisted features may be used in their organization.

Production Use

7. Demos, pilots, and paid use

Minefy may provide private demos, pilot environments, prototype features, or preview features for evaluation and planning purposes. These may be incomplete, contain bugs, change without notice, have limited availability, be subject to additional restrictions, or be discontinued.

Unless separately agreed in writing, demos, pilots, and preview features are not intended for production operational use.

Paid production use of Minefy is governed by a separate written customer agreement that may include commercial terms, order forms, a data processing agreement, support terms, security obligations, service levels, confidentiality terms, liability limitations, termination rights, and customer-specific requirements.

IP

8. Confidentiality and intellectual property

Private demos, pilot environments, customer workspaces, product roadmaps, non-public features, security information, pricing, and customer-specific information may be confidential.

Minefy and its licensors retain all rights to the Minefy platform, software, product design, user interface, documentation, algorithms, workflows, know-how, trademarks, and related intellectual property. Customers retain their rights to customer content.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and unless otherwise agreed in writing, Minefy is provided as a professional planning support platform. Minefy does not guarantee that plans, schedules, AI outputs, reports, or recommendations are complete, accurate, or suitable for a specific operational decision.

Minefy does not replace qualified personnel, safety procedures, regulatory review, or professional judgment. Customers remain responsible for validating all outputs before use.
